What Happened To Amanda Ioannidis?
Attended The Royal Conservatory. At age of 17, she was nominated for a Juno Award for Best Classical Composition – “Ave Maria” from her first CD, “Positive Thinking”, released in 1996. She studied philosophy at McGill University but left the university after a year and joined Berklee College of Music, from which she graduated with honors and was awarded the Gold Medal in Film Scoring and Composition. Thereafter, Ioannidis joined BMI’s Film Scoring Workshop as a paid apprentice between 1998 through 1999 for one year.
