As per the cops, the missing person was last spotted at McAlpine Park which is exactly located in southeast Charlotte on the afternoon of Friday, 12th August 2022. The name of the missing person is Matt Sullivan who is 48 years old. As to his family, he went for a walk in the park but never came back. They got worried for him and after failing to locate him they decided to lodge the case. Considering the gravity of the matter, the police began the investigation and starts searching for him.

As per detectives, he was last spotted at the park around 01:45 PM, located on Monroe Road. Matt informed his family that he was going for a hike and asks them to not worry and promises that he would come back in a few hours. After that, he never came back and then the family went to the police station and lodged the missing complaint. The police also shared the body physique of the missing man and explained his height as 6ft and 2 inches, and his weight is around 220 pounds. The color of his eyes is blue and he has brown color hair. He was last watched wearing teal shorts. As per the reports, Channel 9 was seen at McAlpine park on Saturday, 13th August 2022, where Charlotte Fire, CMPD, and other crew members looking for Matt. Police are also requesting the public for their assistance and ask them to share any kind of information related to Matt. Police ask the public to directly contact to police on 911.
