Matthew was born in Philadelphia, PA. to Robert and Dawn Perna. He attended Holy Cross Regional School and Our Lady of the Lake University where he obtained a degree in Business Management and Economics. He is survived by his niece, Keira Perna; nephews Hudson and O’Dane; father Robert Perna; mother Dawn Perna; brother Michael Perna; brother-in-law Tyler Emmons; and sister-in-law Santina Perna. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.
