Her parents’ name was Kathi and Kenneth. Her demise happened in September, just about 1 month after her birthday, she tied the wedding knot to Terry Lee Golgin on 20th October 1995. The ceremony happened in Las Vegas in Nevada. After her ultimate demise, she left behind her 3 daughters named Cassie Radtke-Witek, Tiara, and Tanya.
