Giant Screen Crashes Down on 2 Dancers in Hong Kong
The incident occurred on Thursday evening and the giant screen fell right on top of the two performers who were at the back of the stage performing. As reported by the local sources, one of the dancers is in critical condition and one of them is out of danger. Although the two of them were immediately transferred to the hospital soon as the Led screens fell on them and they sustained injuries, one of them got severely injured and now is in critical condition. The footage showcased how the dancers were busy with their work and the giant LED screen fell on them. Viewers started screaming in fear and the rescue team came and rescued the dancers from beneath the LED screens. The LED screen was hanging on the top of the stage and suddenly it fell on the dancers. As reported by the local media, the screen fell on the head of one of the dancers and the body of the other dancer knocking them down on the dance floor.

The concert which was ongoing was by the Cantopop boy band named Mirror which was held in Hong Kong. Group members Anson Lo and Edan Lui were nearest when to the LED screen when the screen collapsed while they were performing. Fortunately, it didn’t fall on them but on the dancers. This concert was only the 4th concert out of the 12 concerts that they organized. As per the sources, as soon as the LED screen collapsed the dancers and the other members were rescued and then the show was stopped immediately. The two dancers injured were immediately transferred to the Elizabeth Hospital and police have said that at that time the two dancers were in their consciousness. Three from the audience as well were also taken to the hospital as two of them were in entire shock as the LED screen collapsed and one of them felt uneasy because of the havoc created.
What Happened At The Hong Kong Concert?
Although neither three of them required medical treatments. As soon as the incident occurred the remaining concerts of the Mirror group were canceled by the organizers and the media re trying to contact the organizers for the incident to happen. Hong Kong Chief executive has ordered the officers to look after the incident closely and investigations are been held on the cause behind the incident. Mirror group is from Cantopop pop music and writes music in Chinese but produces it in Cantonese. The Cantopop are working since the 1970s and since then they have been producing music. As of now, investigations are ongoing and the dancers are still in the hospital.
