In this one specific episode, Peppa while talking to her friend sees that her friend has two mothers, while the girl calls the other woman in her drawing her other mother. This scene was specific to the same gender parents and here homosexuality or the LGBTQ community was referred to. This episode is aired in the UK and the character says that she lives with her mommy and her other mommy as well.
